When we give, we also receive and what we receive is the joy that comes from giving. Generosity comes in different forms; a simple smile to someone may be the most generous gift you may offer to that person who is seeking hope and courage. There is always that sense of satisfaction and accomplishment when you give from the heart not expecting anything in return. We become selfless, as we sacrifice what God has given to us for others in need. This act draws us closer to God as it is a true form of worship. Proverbs 19:17 whoever is generous to the poor lends to the lord and he will repay him for his deed.
