Mireille Valme Esperance is a retired registered nurse who worked very closely with Fernande Valme, her mother. She accompanied her on various mission trips in the United States and in Haiti giving aid to the less fortunate.  Ms. Mireille Valme Esperance became the secretary and the treasurer for FVM and worked reverently to bring about the development of FVM.

As the executive administrator, She dedicates her time to the youth enrichment programs at FVM,  and is responsible for overseeing the day care and the after school care programs integral to the smooth running of both programs. She is the founder of the Haitian American Nurses association in FVM helping to bring healthcare to the most vulnerable and those in need, hosting and participating in monthly health fairs for her community.   She has been described as a true humanitarian with a beautiful heart, happy to bring about real change, helping those in need.
